Not fit for purpose . What more can you say. Office staff reading from a script like they are selling time share. Not fit for purpose. Patient care need to be reviewed

There is only one dr there at the moment that is good and very helpful but unfortunately to get an appointment with him you must wait for weeks. The rest of the gp’s there they mistake your results, they treat you like you are not a person and even if they see you not well they will say you are just panicking. Some of the receptionist there are so rude and incompetent they give me wrong urine sample and then i had to go back and waste my time. This is the worst practice and receptionists! They dont care you sick , they will deny to do further tests or refer you to a scan.
