I got an appointment without any problems, the staff were really helpful & lovely. The gp put me at ease, was really friendly and my appointment didn’t feel rushed at all.

My mum phoned on behalf of my sister who’s severely disabled because her face is swollen and her eye is almost closed. She’s just been discharged from hospital as she is unwell and when mum rang the surgery she was requesting a doctor to come out and take a look. The receptionist then asked my mum was she able to come into the surgery which my sister can’t as she’s not well. After explaining this mum was advised to phone an ambulance! I’m sure the ambulance service have more serious people to deal with!!! This is completely unacceptable and my sister needs to be visited by a GP, I appreciate that they’re extremely busy but she needs to be seen

I have never had a problem with getting a appointment, I seen a HCA who I have never seen before with one thing and was really worried over something else she was really friendly and found the time to explain to me and didn’t feel I was rushed to leave, I left feeling at ease couldn’t thank her enough.

Everytime you call there is never any appointments availible the staff do not seem to care so they should not be working in the nhs

I would like to thank the doctor who dealt with my case for all of his care and attention in his diagnosis of my condition. He listened to my concerns, understood how I was feeling and the pain I was having and dealt with my case in a timely and efficient manner making the relevant referrals to the appropriate services so that I was seen quickly.
