Both the staff on reception and the medical staff have provided the most helpful and conscientious service this last couple of days. One lady in particular on reception was so helpful, even though she was exceptionally busy, and really deserves praise. Although all were helpful and lovely. I can honestly say that the care and service was absolutely first class.

Im new to this practice and im so impressed and glad i chose this one . The receptionists are very very helpful . The nurses are very friendly and efficient and the doctors have gone out of their way to help me during a very worrying time . To many people nowadays are quick to leave bad reviews and dont leave good ones. But when im very happy with somewhere i like to let them know and im very happy with my treatment at peaseway.

I have been with this practice since returning to Newton Aycliffe April 2021 I can not believe you can not see a doctor face to face , I am old school and do not want to discuss my personal problems with a receptionist and the fact I have a hearing problem doesn’t help with phone consultations . I feel like I am left dangling with no one to turn to after my referral was cancelled from Darlington hospital ( lack of consultants !! ) what a joke our country is at the moment will things ever get back to normal. Somehow i don’t think so, I think the doctors like getting paid for doing nothing! Life has never been this easy for them it’s about time the government stepped in !
