   We’re in 2023 and this GP surgery does not utilise a phone line that allows queuing. Instead, you’re supposed to ring 8am on the day to acquire an appointment against everyone else trying to get onto the same phone line. Why not utilise a queue system? Tried for 20 minutes with no success, gave up. I would’ve happily sat on hold with knowing a position in the queue but no, you’re expected to redial and redial over and over again. Archaic system. Just very unsupportive.
