  1. Review titled Waste of time

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Alex Stankevitch - Posted on 31 October 2023

Went in to register with them in the middle of September 2023, had to wait until 31st October. Goes in at my time to be told there's no nurse there today and they've lost my forms so I'll have to fill some more out and start again, then the earliest they can get me in is the 17th November. When I asked about what I should do about a prescription I desperately need I was told "you'll just have to register with someone as soon as possible". Yes I could have done that before wasting 6 weeks with you, thanks for nothing...

  3. Review titled Stress

Rated 1 star out of 5

Ever since I was diagnosed with depression this doctors have been awful, from constantly ignoring my emails about repeat prescriptions (which makes me I’ll when I don’t take the tablets) to changing my prescription without even asking me and not checking in on me with my tablets I’ve had for 2 years now. The staff are always rude and unhelpful on the front desk, they cause me constant stress and I always get so anxious each time I have to order my prescription because they barely ever do it! I have my chemist to back me up with this as they have had to deal with me so many times arguing with them saying I need these tablets. Constantly fobbed off. You’re the worst doctors surgery I’ve ever come across in my life. You’ve made me mental illness worse. Anti depressants are very important to people that are on them, you cannot just fob me off, they are very serious. None of you seem to realise that. I’ve asked for help to be weened off my tablets and all I got was a poxy leaflet on how to do it myself! I rang the reception today to ask to order my 200mg of setraline and they had no idea what I was going on about and says I’ve only ever had 150, when I know full well I’ve been on 200mg for nearly a year. Shut this place down. I’m leaving this surgery and I’ll never have a good word to say about it either.

Whenever I have concerned about my children I have had a Same day appointment and most face to face . We have even received phone calls to ask About our well being from The doctor . This truly is a family doctor practise

Completed an eConsult this morning and got a phone call from the doctor this afternoon. Prescription sent to local pharmacy without the need for an unnecessary 1:1 appointment. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you so much.
