I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the consistently high-quality care I receive at Parkside Medical Centre. All the doctors I've consulted in the last two years have been not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and attentive to their patients' needs. I particularly value your online system for requesting same-day appointments. This convenient and efficient process makes me feel much more secure knowing I can access timely medical attention when needed. Recently, during my appointment with a doctor at the surgery, they were incredibly helpful and dedicated a significant amount of time to thoroughly discuss my concerns. I left the surgery feeling well-informed, listened to, and with a clear path forward. Thank you to the entire team at Parkside Medical Centre for your dedication to patient care. You are a valuable asset to the community.

My baby had Cardiac Problem i just make requst online in morning at 8'o Clock bt the reception lady refuse to admit tht u have made requst .and Gp also not picking phone

Whenever i call gp and first in the queue it will still take atleast 15mins to answer. The receptionist are not polite and can come across rude.
