    Checked the practises online appointment service at 12:01am Monday morning. None available! Attended the practice in person at 8am the same morning. None available! So much for the '3 Day' advance booking process!!!

    Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave your review about our online appointment service. I am sorry you have found it difficult to make an appointment both online and when visiting the practice for week beginning the 10th July. This is due to the junior doctor's strike which takes place from 13th - 18th July. Unfortunately, this does have an impact on our service as we are a training practice.     Have tried many times to get an appointment but they are always full. Even phoning up for an appointment leaves you deflated as they are always fully booked

    Dear Mrs Higgins Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding our service. I am sincerely sorry you are finding it difficult to make an appointment. Were you aware you can book an appointment online using our online service? Appointments are released daily from midnight for you to book three days in advance. The other option is to phone as early in the day as possible or to attend the surgery and speak to a receptionist.     My appointment was booked over the telephone the reception was very professional. At my appointment today my GP had read my medical reports from A&E prior to seeing me and was very knowledgeable of my needs. I was able to collect a letter from the practice on the same day as my appointment. The reception team knew of the letter and were very professional and kind. My experience is always good at Patkfields Surgery. Thank you

    I was easily able to make a booking on line for a face to face GP appointment 3 days after I booked it. I was seen on time examined and given an explanation of my potential diagnosis and treatment. I was then referred to a physiotherapist at the Hollybrook practice who rang me the day after I had seen the GP and arranged a visit for me 4 days later. I saw him at Hollybrook and was examined. We had a discussion about my problem, potential analgesia and different treatments. He felt I needed an X-ray and I am having that today, 2 days after I saw him. At each stage of my 'journey' so far I have been impressed by the efficiency, the information given to me and the professionalisn of the staff.

    I've had cause to visit this surgery twice now, in the last couple of months for different issues. From receptionist to clinician I cannot fault the service given. Professional, helpful,polite. I've been registered here for 25 years and never had a problem. I just wanted to ensure positive feedback was given, in a sea of negativity aimed at GP practice in general, particularly over the last 2 years. Well done all.
