I have been struggling with my health . I had a telephone review the Dr was amazing listening to the many things I needed to talk about also made me appointment for 5-15 the same evening . For the first time I actually really felt listened to and all my concerns were met by amazing Drs . I work in healthcare so know the pressures I have felt frustrated not getting earlier appointment. But just wow the treatment and support I have received today . 👏👏👏👏 well done Parkbury house and the 2 outstanding Drs I have had contact with today .

We’ve been patients here for just over a year. Initially it seemed like the best place in town. However in the last year the service has gone down hill dramatically. Today I was going to be late for an apt, for my infant. I tried to call to let them know, or to cancel if need be, was the 1st called in the queue for 25min no one ever answered. I arrived there to have my apt canceled…. Awesome! We are still waiting on imaging results and lab work for an ongoing issue for my partner. Tests were done in June, I called to get results this week was told they hadn’t even been viewed by the Dr. What???? Then was told when they are viewed they’d get back to me. I had to suggest maybe reminding the Dr that they haven’t been viewed and need follow up as this is still an on going issue, the girl on the phone had no clue how to help. They don’t answer the phone, when they do they don’t know how to assist. The system is failing left and right. If you can get in to be seen most of the drs and nurses are fairly good if not great. But you have to get through the mess of a system first.

Happy Christmas to all the wonderful staff at Parkbury House, and thank you for providing outstanding care for our family this year. We recognise and appreciate how hard you are all working at this time of unprecedented demand on primary care.

A Friday afternoon. Suspected infection in a parent with underlying conditions. Took sample to the practice, saw a nurse within seconds who performed initial tests. Confirmed infection. GP inspected results moments after. The script was ready at the pharmacy with in seconds. Cannot thank this GP practice going over and above to address the issue, esp with the weekend looming and a reduction in NHS services. Thank you so much.
