I couldn't get a routine appointment at my GP practice for the past 2 months. I was finally given an appointment at Park View on Sunday. I am really disappointed, I didn't feel listened to. I feel like I just got fobbed off. I don’t know what the doctor’s name was as she didn’t introduce herself to me. Was seen for about 5 mins if that.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear of your experience. The services we offer over the weekend are ran by the Primary Care Network and locum GPs. I will pass your feedback on to the GP for their reflection. I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues booking an appointment for a prolonged period of time and would really like to discuss this further with you so I am able to clarify what the issue is and aim to rectify this immediately.
