The receptionists at your practice appear to be untrained, displaying an inability to complete tasks efficiently and often exhibiting rude, judgmental, and sassy attitudes towards patients. I am particularly troubled by the implementation of a new appointment booking policy, which requires patients to call precisely at 8:30 am. However, upon attempting to do so, I have consistently encountered extensive hold times with over thirthy callers ahead, only to have my call rejected after 9:00 am and directed to voicemail. Furthermore, despite the practice being seemingly empty with no patients in line, I have been turned away by receptionists when attempting to schedule an appointment in person at 8:30 am. This lack of flexibility and accommodation is unacceptable, particularly given the urgency of my medical concerns. Moreover, I have encountered severe difficulties in obtaining critical medical information and accessing my test results due to the uncooperative and vague responses from receptionists. This has resulted in the loss of my test results on two occasions, further exacerbating my anxieties regarding potential health issues, including concerns about uterine cancer. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and implement measures to ensure that all reception staff receive comprehensive training in customer service and professionalism. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and efficiency, especially when seeking medical assistance for urgent health concerns. I respectfully request a response outlining the steps that will be taken to rectify these issues and improve the quality of service provided by your practice. Additionally, I would appreciate an update on the status of my test results and assistance in scheduling a consultation with a healthcare provider to address my medical concerns promptly. Recently been having appointments at Parkview Medical Centre, after a long gap over the pandemic period. The communication and attention I am receiving from the doctors, nurse and reception staff is brilliant - still a great medical centre!

Got a text message through asking me to make an appointment with a doctor to discuss my recent blood test results on the 6/3/23 Closest appointment 22/3/23 A:let’s hope it isn’t a time sensitive issue B:This has now put a long awaited surgery on hold Why send a message and then have to wait for 2 weeks to find out what the problem is especially when I have many medical problems and mental health issues

I did an online consultation for my 13 year old daughter, concerned that she might have an ear infection (as trying to get an appointment when you eventually get through on the phone is near impossible). I never received any communication at all from this surgery, which I find absolutely outrageous especially when it tells you someone will be in contact within 48 hours.

Were unable to find me an appontment for the next month, always fully booked. I asked whether they should be thinking of getting more nurses in because this is always the case and mine and others health is suffering. I got passed to someone who started screaming down the phone so I told them I was going to end the call, she didnt even let me speak before aggressively roaring down the phone. I told her "I'm putting the phone down", meanwhile she was screaming "well if you dont like it maybe you should leave the surgery". I have put up with many 90min waits through my time at this surgery and"we dont have appointments","we can only book 4 weeks on advance but theres no appointments for 4 weeks" It is time for me to change surgeries, I was reluctant but this has given me the push I need.

Today is the 6th june 2022 I rang at 8:31 in the morning and got thru at 8:45 and booked in for a emergency appt, one of the receptionists said to me i would get a call from 1pm and 6pm , but the surgery closed at 6pm and now its 10:30 i really needed a medical fit note
