Once you get past the reception who I find they lack customer service. No urgency all they ever say is go online do they not think you've done that hence why you call. The doctors nurses are professional, credit to their profession and will go that extra mile.

I've been with this practice for over 10 years and despite the huge pressures faced in the health service, I have consistently had a good experience. The reception staff and doctors are lovely and have gone out of their way to help me, for example when I've run out of a repeat prescription and had a stressful time at work. It is difficult to get an appointment, but isn't everywhere!? The online system is a decent back up too and practice will try to resolve issues by phone and email when possible which really suits me as I work away a lot. I am moving house and will be sad to leave the practice. Thanks so much for all your care over the years. It really is appreciated.

My concern is about getting an appointment in the first place. It can be difficult to get through and get an appointment but once you do the service is great and the doctors are thorough and very helpful. The appointment wasn’t rushed and reassuringly helpful
