   Having moved to allestree recently, I visited park lane surgery for the first time today to see a GP. From the receptionist, to seeing the doctor, to getting my prescription, the whole experience was fabulous. Easy and efficient. The doctor was lovely, taking time to listen to me and having made sure she had read my notes before my arrival. I am so pleased i have found this surgery, it is most definitely 5 stars

   I have just moved to this practice following a recommendation from a friend and I am delighted I made the move. I have attended the practice twice, the reception team were so helpful and my nurse led and GP appointments were both brilliant. Thank you to everyone.
