Great team work at this practice, it all just works and everyone tries to help as much as they can. I feel so lucky to have a practice that is efficient, organised and caring. Saw a nurse, who asked a GP to review, who then recommended medication; all done in under an hour, having walked in very concerned and given an urgent appointment there and then.

Having been a patient here for many years, I can honestly say, compared to other local surgeries I've had past experience of - Parklane offer an excellent service. They have friendly staff across the board and I always feel like I'm being given an excellent standard of care. It is always easy to speak to a member of staff and also easy to get appointments. I would suggest that this surgery is a benchmark that others in the area should aspire to.
