    All the receptionist are very helpful always try to accommodate my needs, I always get to see the doctor I want, nothing is to much they are very understanding

    The receptionists are useless, they ignore patients and continuing having their great chats. Also, the call queue is so long by the time you get them, would be evening. I think they deliberately doing this because they are many receptionists available but no one actually answer the call.

    Having a number of health issues I can certainly say the service at Parchmore Medical Practice is exemplary. The staff are brilliant and I have not had to wait long for any appointments or referrals. Using the NHS app.means I can get an appointment face-to-face at short notice, should the need arise. Whenever I communicate with the surgery, either through the app, via the telephone or email, I always notice a sense of willingness to help.and put my mind at ease. I definitely have no concerns or issues relating to the quality of care received. I am a very satisfied patient!! The receptionists have called back when they have informed me that they will, if they are unable to respond to my query at the time of communication. The doctors are welcoming, with a smile and listen, doing their best to ensure the service they provide is 'second to none!' Well done everyone and wishing you all the best dor 2023!!!

    The admin team at Parchmore medical have a tough job. Every time I call, there is over 20 ppl waiting in the line, but they work through this queue within 5-7 mins which is amazing! On top of this, they are always so helpful and willing to give information to me that keeps me informed with where I am at. I am scared of doctors and hospitals but this team always put my fears at ease. i just want to say they are great and I really love being a patient there.

    My daughter is 17 years old. For the last 4 weeks she's not been well. For the 1st 2 weeks the GP gave her antibiotics. They've not worked. Now she can not get an appointment. The phone is constantly engaged. My daughter has turned up at the surgery and they can not see her. Next step A&E. The service is bad. My partner is diabetic. She also can not get an appointment.

    Dear Bryan We are sorry to hear of the difficulties encountered in getting appointments. We acknowledge that our call waiting and appointment availability is a problem at the moment. This is due to a combination of increased demand as well as a shortage of staff, both administrative and clinical for a variety of reasons.
