I left this practice only because I wanted to be nearer home, but have come back because the surgery that I registered with was awful waiting for hours on phone mistakes made prescriptions lost or delayed, so in the end came back here and never had a problem in the past and now in the present so nice they are friendly and polite and know what they are doing Thank you for having me back

So pleased it was possible to get a same day appointment with a GP, the practice was so efficient and everybody I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Cannot speak too highly of the practice.

I have tried to report/improve an issue, which causes me to drive to Kegworth unsuccessfully by now five times. While I would expect a ‘receptionist for general enquiries’ to say in a friendly tone 'thanks for alerting us to this, I will pass it on to the relevant person, dealing with the issues. We will sort it', I received answers like 'I am responsible for this, you need to contact xy', or other explanations and the bucket is repeatably passed back to me. While the receptions seem to be friendly on the surface - I have experienced them repeatingly unwilling to be really helpful. I think some training would be helpful here.

I was registered here for around a year and half whilst I was living in Kegworth. All the Doctors/Nurses/Receptionists at this surgery were all extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I’ve recently relocated and have had to leave this surgery but I highly recommend it to anyone in the local area.

Having recently moved to orchard surgery I've got nothing but praise for them. Have unfortunately had to make a few appointments recently but have always been able to book a timely review whether on the phone or face to face. The staff have all been really friendly and helpful. Thank you
