Phoned up at 8am on the morning and managed to get an urgent appointment for the same morning, staff member on the phone was very friendly. Straight in to see the GP, no long waits, the GP was excellent with my little boy, he was very child friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosed him very quickly and provided the relevant treatment, best gp practise in the area, never had any problems with them

I order medication and stoma supplies monthly via systemonline. Today I placed my order and it was issued within minutes. With my previous practice, I would have to ring 5 days later to ask them to process it

The reception staff are fantastic at Orchard Court surgery. If you have any problems at all, they will go above and beyond to help you in your problems and as far the doctor team are also great in everywhere. They will sit you down and explain everything to you.

Phone for an appt for husband late morning,unfortunately all appts gone. Exained his symptoms and how worried I was. Given an emergency appt with no problems, receptionist v. understanding and professional and listened to my concerns.

Amazing practice, used to be with caramel medical practice but changed over. Orchard court have so far been the best doctors, feels much easier to get appointments, the receptionist's are so friendly and welcoming, the 2 doctors I've seen have been amazing, always giving you the time you need, weather that be 10-20minute appointments, you never feel like there pushing you out and extremely caring. Only minus is you may be waiting 30minutes to your appointment but the care they give you it's defiantly worth the wait. Would 100% recommend this surgery.

The surgery is outstanding from reception staff to nurse's and Dr's always get an appointment when I ring up also like the fact that you can request sick note on line so as not to take up valuable time from patients that need appointment keep up the excellent service

I have been using this surgery for many decades and have always received excellent advice and help. Although my original GP retired I still receive 1st class help cannot recommend enough.
