There has been an improvement in handling of calls made and support given by the staff at reception. However, the appointment system is still difficult, particularly for professionals working full time. Also, there is a long waiting time/delay to see the doctor in reception despite having an appoinment.

The doctor was excellent from the point of contact to completion of the process. He discussed the issue on Thursday afternoon. Did physical check by Friday 12 pm. Additional scan check appointment given by 7 pm on same Friday. Locally checked on Sunday morning 11 am. Final results by Tuesday 5 pm. The outcome was positive for me throughout this process from Thursday to Tuesday (all with 6 days). Unheard of this type of service has been provided by the the doctor, the surgery, reception staff and local scan team. Excellent, outstanding, fantastic, marvelous, amazing. Thank you everyone at the surgery for your wonderful service, help and support.

Delighted with my face to face consultation at the practice. I felt well informed of the benefits and risks of the treatment. I would like to say thank you to the helpful and kind receptionists and GPs at the surgery who spoke and to me so respectfully.

I called at 2pm and I was in the queue at number 2 50 minutes later still in the queue at the same position so I put the phone down This is ridiculous totally unacceptable

I found that the speed of service was outstanding, and the staff in the reception area, as well as the GP, were very professional and understanding. Would recommend this service to all in the near area.

I was made to feel my acne is not that bad. Explained to the doctor it is affecting me mentally . Looked at me like I was exaggerating. I explained I wasn't to be referred . " yes I can do that but that can take years" . Not very helpful and made me feel like I was wasting time.

Considering the changes the new stuff in the practice are more friendly and capable. They do not mock u because of ur accent and they keep it professional

I rang up the surgery for an appointment yesterday aftrenoon.. receptonist said i'll get a call back.. i couldnt believe myself,i call back within 10 mins that dr wants see me at 5pm.. i was so please... Im happy its been sorted out with appointment.. we did have alot of problems to get appointments. Thanx to new managements.. credit goes to the Receptionist.. Thank you..

A significant improvement to the service delivery. The doctor called me back and discussed my symptoms; he was very clear regarding next steps. I was sent links and could pick up forms for blood tests on the same day. Very well organised and managed. It’s great to see how the surgery and staff are improving. Well done all involved.

I received my appointment promptly and efficiently the DR, I saw was amazing he had the skills and knowledge to speak another language which I needed for my foster son who couldn't speak English he dealt with the problem with much expertise and support . So thank you very much olive medical practice to changing for the better and lots of positiveness . Also the lad at reception is very helpful and pleasant and always smiling keep up the good work .
