You can't get appointments even when you ring up at 8am in the morning as you are waiting for nearly an hour for the receptionist to answer for them to tell you there is no appointments left ring back up tomorrow at 8am. Some of the receptionists are rude, have a lack of customer service, not willing to listen and seem to think that patients don't know anything & they talk down to them. When you try to explain and put your point of view across that the surgery needs to change they have raise their voice & have attitude which as a patient doesn't make me happy they then mention the code of practice and if you carry on you will be thrown out of the practice.

I change my address to hear befor 6to 7 day she saying me its take 4-5 week i already registered with gp and i want to just change my address and she giving me this answer and original i chaq in nhs website only take 48 hour and i want to book emergency apoiment but never call working and respond than what is the meaning of gp??

Been having issues with my meds for a while but luckily it's been finally sorted just by helpful staff listening and understanding my needs, can't thank them enough

Receptionist lack of customer service. Unhelpful and are rude and loud. Appt made and cancelled without informing patients. 3 months to make appointment to see doctor for consultation after blood tests.

This surgery is the worst surgery I have ever had the misfortune to be with. I have been with them for years and it has declined to a state where it is just an absolute sham!!!! Medication I have been on monthly they have just stopped without any explanation, can't get an appointment until 4 weeks away, cannot speak to anyone who knows what to do as the reception staff are utterly useless. They say they will ring you back and never ever do!!!! I am a senior nurse and feel ashamed to know that these people actually work for the NHS! no compassion, no caring and utterly useless!

Hi very bad services they provide Reception staff is always rude they dont give u appointments if want to discuss something with gp n said only call in 8 o clock in morning as they only gave same day appointments When call at 8 o clock in morning Long queue ahead sometime cut ur calls when u reach on number 1 and finally if u r lucky enough they will pick ur call and start their rude behavior and always try to not give appointments and judge ur conditions and if u r not serious enough or die they will not give u appointment or by chance give appointment then after entire day of waiting doctor will not call u They dont allow u to discuss ur symptoms or conditions before someone get seriously ill and near to death Very disappointed and hopeless with this surgery and overall oldham health/ NHS system And no one really cares how people are suffering
