Receptionist was extremely helpful sorting out a problem with repeat prescription ensuring I was able to get meds before the weekend, messaging me when it was with my pharmacy.

The staff at reception are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. On my recent visit I felt listened to and supported throughout and would recommend this surgery to family and friends. Thank you

Always listen to your concerns, great receptionist, can't do enough for you , will get back to you , deal with patience and always professional and you don't feel rushed

I needed a prescription which I had previously ordered but wasn’t on repeat. After speaking to reception, I was sent a link where I could request my prescription; once completed and forwarded, my prescription had been sent to my chemist within the hour! Fabulous service and a speedy outcome! Wow! Thanks Oldham Family Practice for the wonderful service I received today.

The desk staff at the Oldham Family Practice are unfailingly pleasant and deal with your needs quickly and efficiently. This year I have needed and received good and fast access to a GP, usually on the same day. I remain grateful for the prompt attention payed to my needs by the healthcare professionals at this very efficient practice.
