The healthcare assistant who took my bloods was not only professional, but also was reassuring and kind to me. They were very supportive when I was distressed. I have always found the nursing and healthcare staff kind, supportive and professional; willing to help me.

phoned in this morning was refused a face to face appointment with GP even having had emergency stay in hospital due to a heart issue even speaking to the emergency ii GP at 111 0200 this morning even telling the receptionist that i am feel very ill , just appalling service showing no concern for my welfare and do not whats a emergency illness or who needs to be seen .my dog get better treatment at the vets then i have this morning
