   Contacted the surgery through their app, was contacted back, had a short back and forth conversation with a doctor, and had an appointment for blood tests, then a face to face with the doctor within days. Doctor called me with the results at 19:45 the evening after the blood was taken. I felt like the doctors, nurses and staff care about their roles and patients.
