I have damaged my knee and was waiting for a triage appointment telephone call but it didn't happen you could of least of told me you weren't going to ring me another day in pain

Sorry to hear you did not get a call on the day. However, this is not normal practice and would always recommend patients contact the practice directly if this happens so we can check why. Our drs ring all their patients on the day and document the time of the call in the medical records. Often when we have come across similar problems and had the chance to check with a patient directly, we have found that their phone has not accepted unidentified numbers and this may have been the case for you. We will be happy to investigate this matter for you if you wish to contact the surgery.

Needed medication for insect bite doctor wrote prescription and I collected it immediately! All staff from reception to doctors pharmacy are so polite thankyou

I am fortunate to not have to visit the practice regularly, however when I do call I always find myself greeted by unhelpful and impersonal staff at reception. I know they have very busy and stressful jobs but sympathy and empathy for people and their families situations would go a long way. I always find nothing is ever resolved

Dear patient We are sorry for your experience, this is unusual to hear about our receptionists. We would always encourage patients to contact the practice if they are unhappy with anything so we can make enquiries as to what happened, giving us the chance to identify any training issues, as well as provide you with a personal response.
