I have been dealing with with a specific doctor for a few months now. I have had many health issues and she always takes the time to listen to me, explain things and generally goes out of her way to help me. I really couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Would like to express how very efficient/friendly and understanding the reception staff member was in dealing with my urgent enquiry,thankyou to whomever you were.Also a big thankyou on the callback from my doctor who listened to my dilemma and dealt with my issue immediately,prescribed the relevant medication, notified the pharmacist promptly so others were able to pick it up for me.Really pleased to be back on my feet and have mobility again after a somewhat scary episode.Thankyou to all concerned .

They lost my file twice and took mental health team 2 months to get hold of anyone to sort it out then they have rushed an ASD assessment and that was a joke no information was sent to me about it in advance. Was told be 2 weeks to get results after 2 weeks been told another 2 weeks at least. Completely unorganised all they care about is taking money for the assessment from NHS or private very clear no interest in actually helping people. They only let you know whats going on if you push them. Its hard enough talking to people for me let alone dealing with a service that hides behind covid to justify extremely bad service. NHS needs to investigate them.

Can't get through on the phone. Have to make appointments online. Cancellation at the last minute (same day). Coronavirus is a sad excuse for a poor service in August 22. Heaven help us when it gets really serious and we have to knock on the front door of the surgery.
