I called into the surgery today to find that the appointment I had booked had not been uploaded. The older blonde receptionist was very helpful and calm and a future appointment was booked. However, I feel compelled to comment at how unfair it is that, due apparently to a new system being uploaded, no appointments could be booked after 1st April. Surely management at the practice must realise how difficult that makes an already very challenging job! Perhaps the management should man the phones/front desk for a few days and have a taste of how diffuse it is?

I had a great experience at the surgery today. My doctor was friendly and helpful, but most importantly put me at ease and listened to me. I have been a patient here since 2005 and have seen the surgery change and get better in my opinion. I would highly recommend the practice.

I can not fault this service in anyway. They supported me well with my mental health, physical health, and a new neurological diagnosis I received. The doctors were fantastic and the reception staff were always courteous and helpful.

This is my Mothers practice (not mine) . My mother had huge problems after surgery and wanted to thank all the receptionists and doctors who went the extra mile to help/diagnose/react to my calls and concerns. My mother was eventually readmitted to hospital thanks to the quick action of the doctor and is now doing really well. With heartfelt thanks to all of you.

After not attending the doctors surgery in person for quite awhile it was such a nice experience to be greeted by a new doctor whose approach made me feel welcome supported and in good hands. I was given the time required to fully explain my symptoms and was offered an examination chat and advice for going forward to try to alleviate my issues. No one enjoys having to visit the surgery but I won’t hesitate in future to telephone reception and book in and sort my problems out .
