    I called to make an appointment. I had to wait few weeks, but as it wasn't urgent I was OK with that. On the day I checked in and the nurse came to take me in. She was very pleasant, friendly and professional. The appointment went very smoothly and quickly. Thank you

    Very help on phone and agreed that I needed to speak to a GP had a call pm same day and Gp asked me to come in so she could check over Very nice Gp who understands my needs and was really helpful many thanks

    Fortunately, I do not have cause to go to the surgery on a regular basis- but its nice to know that the excellent service here at Tulse Hill continues! The nurse that I saw today was so caring and proactive- a real credit to the NHS. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

    Called 8 am 13th in queue. Got through told GP would call back am as pain in right side could be appendix. Noon. It’s after midday no one called back. Holding for update 18th in queue. Hopefully I will be ok waiting for this length of time. Anyone on pay as you go would have no credit by the time they get through. Unacceptable it’s Triage for all calls and I live one minute away.

    Once you get to see staff they are helpful and effective. Sadly, the ‘rules’ about mask wearing in the waiting areas are ignored. This is worrying for any one of age or in the clinically vulnerable categories. The ventilation of the area is non existent. Covid and flu are airborne viruses. It is surprising that some measures / mitigations have not been put in place. It is a “laissez faire” attitude and will contribute to infections.

    They failed to issue my repeat medication. I have spent hours trying to get through to their reception, waiting up to 45 minutes per call attempt. They are a highly unresponsive, inefficient practice.

    If you want incompetent staff, long wait times, wrong referrals and bizarre prescriptions this is the Gp for you. I am usually on hold for atleast half an hour before calls get answered and there are sometimes no urgent appointments left even if you call bang on 8am. On more than one occasion those calls have been answered, somone has gone to do something for me and and then the call has been dropped and I have had to start all over again. I have had texts asking me to reply to them from no reply numbers and the last referral I needed was only correctly done the fourth time around and this was after having to make a face to face trip on the surgery to say if it wasn't sorted I would have to go to A&e. I have had prescriptions come through for medication I no longer required, prescritions for half doses of what I require and prescriptions for medications that should not be taken together. I should have relalised the this practice was a shambles as when I first joined as they struggle with the concept that I had moved areas and therefore required a new gp and a few weeks after I joined sent my information back to my old Gp. I work in the Nhs and know the contant pressures but this standard is unacceptable. I will be finding a new Gp.
