Tried to book a appointment on the 24th of march was informed the first available appointment was 19th of April i will let you make your own mind up if you think that is acceptable

Had minor surgery at this clinic yesterday and received excellent care and service. The staff put me at ease straight away and talked me through what would happen. It was more convenient for me as I live across the road from the surgery. Am sure I would have been more anxious if I had to go to the hospital for this procedure.

I attended the minor surgery team today and received great service. I was asked if I was happy for a student to be present, I had the procedure explained to me and questions answered, I'm fully aware of my aftercare and the ladies couldn't have been nicer.

no waiting no problems great , the girls of the minor surgery team are fantastic , all the staff are very helpful and pleasant , A credit to NHS.

Attended for a skin matter and was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner by both nurses. Given follow-up advice which is most useful. Could not have been better treated, both are a credit to the NHS.

I had two smal cysts removed at the medical centre. At the appointed time and very quickly and efficiently, it was excellent locally accessible treatment.

I have struggled getting medication changes after seeing consultant for Epilepsy back in June even though I have received a copy of the letter sent to them then they offered my wife a telephone appointment for a Smear test the receptionist had to ask what it was which is not good having to explain to someone who works at a surgery you have to wait a long time to get through on the phone even though everyone seems to be No1 in the queue
