    Lovely caring thoughtful Dr's. No time or ailment limited to one vist. Lovely room and calming atmosphere.

     My name is emily and im witing this on behalf of my nan and grandad as my nan is not very good with computers but im writing as she saying it. I called up to make an appointment for my poorly husband I had called previously and other staff had been quite abrupt and was like you need to call back tomorrow without asking me any questions. I called up on Monday 6th June and this wonderful staff member actually gave me the opportunity to speak. And she commented straight away that my husband was housebound. I explained he recently had been discharged from hospital he had a brain tumour she told me she could see the correspondence from the hospital and asked me what did I need assistance with. I explained all my concerns and she kindly arranged for a paramedic to attend he to was also wonderful. And she had forward a request to a care handler who would assist me with forms I needed to fill in as my husband previously done this. I really can't fault this young lady I asked her name and she advised they don't normally give names as they have numbers which I find a little bizarre but she said she hadn't been allocated one as yet. And reluctantly gave me her name now I dont want her to get in trouble but I feel she needs to be recognised. She didn't stop there I also became tearful about care at home my husband was receiving, and this wonderful young lady took it upon herself to question the care company and find out what was going on. Things certainly changed after this. The young lady even called me back and told me she had spoken with them. I found it such an honorable thing to do. Now she gave me her name but I can't state it I believe and hope she was being honest I'm sure she was she sounds a very lovely and empathetic and I feel if more of your staff was like this you would have happier patients. She listens and nothing is to much trouble for her and I want you to thank both staff members. Mr & Mrs Carter
