    I was wanting to get a simple repeat prescription. First the message box was full. The next day I got through and left the prescription details. When I went to pick it up the doctor had approved a paper copy but not signed it. This is ridiculous . I had to request an electronic copy. This then went a day later. It has taken 9 working days , 2 calls and 3 visits to get my prescription.

    Although I see the benefits of this service it is only available between 12 and 6pm and on the last 2 consecutive days the system has shut down before 3:30. If the point is to encourage the use of the service and then be unable to provide it is frustrating. The lack of the service then potentially forces patients to look to alternative options to the disadvantage of the whole service
