Only recently joined this practice but found the staff to be so friendly & welcoming, I have not experienced consultation with a Doctor yet so cannot leave a comment..had my first flu jab there and all ran like clockwork,so nice to see smiley faces bahind the reception desk & nothing seems to be too much trouble..So pleased i made the switch.

I called the triage service this morning with a request for some medical help. I was asked for a brief discussion of my problem - this is called care navigation and makes sure that I was allocated to the right clinician. I was called back by a GP (within 30 mins of making my call). The GP determined that I needed to be seen by her so I was offered an appointment 35 minutes later - talk about a good service!! I then attended my appointment and was prescribed medication. My GP asked me to contact her via a message the following week in case my problem had not been sorted by the medication. I can't praise the practice enough! They gave me a gold star service today and they are definitely seeing patients face to face! An another note while I was in the waiting room I saw on the information screen that over 1100 appointments were not attended in 2022 - this is on average over 20 appointments per week. We know the NHS is really struggling at the moment so as patients we must ensure we do our bit and attend the appointments we book.

I feel really lucky to be a patient at the Norfolk Park medical service. I can honestly say that they have fully investigated every ailment that I have gone to them with, with blood tests, referrals to other services etc and never made me feel a burden. They have also taken extremely good care of my daughter and have an excellent rapport with her, so much so that even when poorly she enjoys going there. I have never not got an appointment on the same day that I have called provided it’s been at 8:30am. I find it really useful that the doctor is able to text you if you’re at work. It’s also extremely clean and a nice, modern building. Appointments are pretty much on time and clinicians are really friendly and provide excellent care. Even the receptionists are nice and don’t shout your business across the waiting area!

Outstanding practice, excellent staff, great care. Everyone is always helpful and I have never left with the feeling that my issues were not dealt with the utmost care and professionalism. Thank you.
