    My wife phoned at 11.45 to request a call back. She was on hold in a queue, finally getting through just before midday. By the time she had explained the problem the clock had struck midday and she was told that she was too late to be put into the triage system and would have to phone again the next day. What a joke this service is!

    Telephoned to make an appointment for a blood test. Waited on the phone for 1-hour being told all the time that I was "number one in the queue" and how "important" my call was..... and I gave up! Yes 1-hour with no queue and still couldn't get through. Anyone might think they had taken the phone off the hook.

    Following a heart attack, I required a blood test "3-months after the event". The blood test took place approximately 5-weeks late and only once I had chased it - the letter instructing the test had been with the GP for over 2-months without being read or acted upon. Due to a particular reading, the test required repeating and I attended the surgery as arranged by reception (who clearly hadn't noted which surgery I was a patient at), only to find that reception had booked me in for a blood pressure and pulse review, not a blood test. The blood test was not carried out and had to be rearranged.

    I recently visited Ninfield Surgery with my son, where we were fortunate to be under the care of one of the male doctors. My son tends to feel anxious about visiting the doctors, and during our visit, he needed his first blood test, which he was quite apprehensive about. However, the doctors exceptional approach made all the difference. The Doctor demonstrated remarkable consideration and empathy towards my son. He took the time to explain the entire procedure, showing him the equipment being used and reassuring him that feeling nervous in new situations is perfectly normal. Thanks to his caring demeanor, my son felt more at ease, and the doctor was able to successfully take his blood on the first attempt. The compassionate and patient approach displayed by the doctor truly transformed what could have been a horrible appointment into a much more positive experience. I am immensely grateful for his assistance and wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation. I also want to mention the exceptional service provided by the rest of the nurses and receptionists at the surgery. They have always been polite and go above and beyond to assist whenever I call. Overall, our visit to Ninfield Surgery and the exceptional care we received from the doctor and the entire team has left a lasting impression. We sincerely hope that Dr pm knows just how much of a positive impact he has made, and I would highly recommend his services to others in need of medical care.

  5. Review titled No appointments. No call backs. No care available

    Once you get through to the surgery in the morning there are no appointments available. Your told to call back in the afternoon or the next day and when you get through no appointments. I've been trying to get an appointment for the past week. I've also tried getting in contact using engage consult. Again no one responds. In desperation I've been to a&e who have advised the scans I need have to be ordered by a GP. Yet I can not get a GP from this surgery to call me let alone see me. It's the worst surgery I've ever had.

    Called surgery to speak to GP got call the same morning then had face to face with GP referred to Physiotherapist and received an appointment by the end of the week at one of the surgeries in the partnership. 5 Star service from the receptionists. Thank you.
