I wasn't able to book online at first and was refused a booking unless I called or went at exact times. Cannot book in advance. Had to fill in a lengthy form for them to call me at a time I was not able to pick. Was told they will not be calling a second time. My mental health was not good, I'm out of tablets and has deteriorated since. If I could opt out from paying taxes for the NHS I would.

So grateful to staff at surgery today who sorted my prescription request so quickly - much appreciated at this super busy time.

Only same day appointments available which you must book at 8am or 2.30pm (by phone or in person). Outside these times you are told to call back. Online booking is not possible. Phone lines are almost constantly busy. This has made it impossible to book an appointment over the past few months when I needed to. The best effort was reception passing my details to an after-hours clinic which resulted in a call from an A&E doctor saying they couldn't help as it was something which would need a GP follow up. Eventually had to get a private doctor appointment. Will re-register with an alternative practice.
