My young son was recently ill, and as usual it was extremely tricky to get through on the phone. Even though I was one of the first in the queue at 8am I was told there were no urgent appointments and I could have a phone call from the doctor at some point that day which I accepted of course as that was my only option. My call was from a paramedic, not a doctor, and was very vague, although they were pleasant. No treatment was suggested, but only to call us again if things got worse. This issue has now recurred and will have to go through the whole procedure again. Not helpful at all especially when a child is involved.

I had an ultrasound examination at Mountbatten House Surgery this week and the service was excellent. Parking was easy and the exam was done exactly on time. The ultrasound team were very helpful and professional. Very impressed.
