    The reception staff at this practice are a nightmare. It's almost impossible to get an appointment with a GP. Their first response to any ailment is "Go to A & E." Regardless of what is ailing you. they make you jump through hoops just to get a phone consultation, and getting a face-to-face with a doctor just isn't going to happen. I have several steadily worsening issues, and I'm loathe to even try to get help from my GP because getting past the reception staff is too much of a chore.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about our Surgery. We apologise that you feel your experience with us was poor. Unfortunately we only have a certain amount of appointments available per day and if we have no availability remaining at the time of your call our Receptionists are trained to look for appointment availability in other local practices or sign post you to other services of care like NHS111 or A&E. We are always looking of ways to increase our access and recently have increased our triage calls as we have been able to secure additional paramedic appointments.     I have excellent care for many years from my particular GP at this practice and most recently he certainly went the extra mile.I would like to Thank Him very much.
