this clinic is under staffed they are rude individuals and take ages to do basic tasks they had me waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room whilst pregnant feeling sick took the absolute p

Phoned for an appointment. Used the system to request a call back. The message says it will count as seen if the call connects. I got a silent call back from the surgery and they hung up. So that's now marked as done. Phoned again and got a.messagr saying there are no appointments. This is really bad.

I came to the clinic yesterday for the first time for a coil appointment which obviously I wasn't looking that forward to. I wish I was allowed to name the two ladies in my appointment with me as they really deserve recognition but I hope the clinic will be able to know from this review who it was that dealt with me. These two lovely ladies were amazing at their job, made me feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, and so calm and at ease. They both had such a nice energy and made my appointment a really positive experience. I left with all the information I needed and necessary aftercare. I really want to thank both of them for being so wonderful, they are a credit to the clinic.

Very unhelpful staff, service and procedures. I have had problems with everything from getting an urgent appointment to being issured prescriptions. Referrals don't get made and overall this surgery is the worst I have ever experienced.

I can never get a docters appointment I am suppose to be reviewed I have a heart problem as well as other medical conditions which should be kept checked on the national health service has gone down they are no longer caring

Our same day appointments are for emergency say day care that is required and initially triaged by our Emergency Care Team. This used to be a 1-star surgery and near impossible to get an appointment. I phoned the other day and was blown away. There's a useful call-back service for appointment and I was offered a choice of appointments within a couple of days by a friendly and helpful telephone assistant. Top class service this time. What a change !

We were very impressed with the professional kindness shown by the doctor and the receptionist. We have been to a number of different surgeries and this stands out as the best.

I’ve been trying for four hours to book a cervical screen test and had nothing. Truly disappointing. The online app does not allow you to book this, just blood tests. I need someone to call me back

This practice used to be adequate but now it's near impossible to be seen, you can't easily discuss care and there's no understanding that people have jobs or children to get to school and so on.
