    Am currently on the phone to the surgery 11/4/2024 time 13-22 l have been waiting number one in queue for the last 30 mins l am now going to hang up. Feeling very very frustrated!!!!

    The receptionists are not helpful at all. Whenever you rang the surgery , they do not book an appointment, they say give us a call tomorrow at 8am. I called them at 8am and waited for one hour and 5 minutes, the receptionist said sorry can’t book you we are full now . It’s very frustrating and ridiculous. Not happy from their service at all, they do not care about the patients health at all and they do not take it seriously. My family is not happy from the service they provide too.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for leaving feedback, we welcome both positive and negative comments. I am sorry to hear about your experience. We normally have plenty of appointments available either on the day or within a few days. Our telephone line doesn't let you hold for any length of time you would be cut off after 6 rings, therefore I'm unsure how you waited on a call. You will be pleased to hear we are getting a new telephone system shortly which will stop call drop offs as we will have a queuing system.
