    Importantly staff in all roles are supportive, helpful and approachable both face to face and on the telephone. All the GP’s I have encountered over many years have been consistently able to deal with my personal medical problems well. The practice has had to deal with the problems common to them all , of not enough staff so getting an appointment and getting through by phone has at times been problematic but a new telephone system has helped . The practice has a lot of support systems in place too to address individual needs such as particular help for the elderly like my friend aged 90 . Everyone’s experience is obviously varied and personal to them with no organisation achieving perfection despite best efforts and some people will invariably focus on negative aspects . Having been a patient at this practice for many years as was my husband who was supported through a 9 month terminal illness with expertise and compassion I can commend it and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you so much Mosborough Health Centre .

    My GP offers no online booking service. On contacting my GPS receptionist l was not allowed to prebook any future appointment & the only option given was to ring at 8am the following day.Normally at that time the queues are horrific. The end result is patients give up trying to see their local GP. This is not a reflection of the GPS or the reception staff but a totally inadequate appointment booking service at the practice. It begs the question who will address this issue and when ??

    I had to visit Crystal Peaks hub because I couldn’t get to see my doctor. They gave me a prescription and told me to book an appointment with my dr for 3/4 weeks time. I collected my prescription and called in the surgery and was told you can’t make an advance appointment. You have to call on the day. I work therefor3 I can’t sit waiting on the phone. It’s a nightmare trying to get through on the phone and if you’re not in the queue by 8.15 you wouldnt get an appointment and would have to try again the following day. I was put on this medication in 2020 and because of the same reason as above I stopped the medication and now I am back on it again. covid was two years ago stop using this as an excuse.
