    I was referred with my 10week old baby to this new tongue tie clinic. I was grateful that this service is accessible within the NHS, for babies of this age and close to our house. It was quick, efficient and very professional. My only suggestion is to have a separate breastfeeding room for after, not just the waiting room

    Arrived at surgery on time txt messages to remind me of my appointment time and date , everything explained about the procedure and its risks step by step talked me through what was going to happen and good advise given before I left

    I recently had some minor surgery at Morris House for a lipoma removal. My appointment was scheduled within a matter of months and I received clear communications from the surgery. On the day itself, the doctor talked me through the procedure and the after-care I would need. The doctor and nurse team were friendly professional and reassuring. Whilst the procedure was not painful, it was uncomfortable, so I was grateful for the distracting conversation! From the time of my arrival to the procedure being completed was less than 1 hour and so this was only a minor abstraction from my working day. Some possible areas for improvement: - I only found the after-care leaflet online a number of days after my appointment. Perhaps some better signposting? - I don't remember suitable pain relief being discussed though perhaps I was too distracted by what was going on! This info could be included in after care info sheet. - I opted to have the procedure sitting up as opposed to lying down, but this position did become uncomfortable after a while (perhaps the procedure took longer than anticipated?). Perhaps it could be advised to be lying down? I think I might have felt a bit more relaxed this way. My results were sent to me within a week and I had stitches removed after a fortnight. Most communication was done electronically which is great and all appointments ran on time. I feel very lucky to have been able to have this procedure done at my GP surgery, rather than going to hospital. Thank you to all staff involved at Morris House for an excellent level of care. I do hope more of this type of procedure can be carried out at Morris House going forward.

    We visited this practice for a tongue tie procedure for our newborn baby. The doctor was excellent. He clearly explained tongue tie concerns with us, examined our baby and then performed the release procedure. It was quick with minimal discomfort to our baby. Aftercare was explained well as we were called a week later to follow up on how we have been getting on with feeding since. Thank you very much. I hope this service continues to enable more tongue tie procedures to be done with quick referrals.

    I underwent a minor surgery at this GP and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I spoke to the nurse to book the appointment with the doctor, during the surgery and thorough post operative they made me feel at ease. The Dc, who performed the surgery, demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and answered all my questions, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Following the surgery, the nursing staff provided thorough post-operative care instructions and made themselves available for any concerns I had during the recovery process. Despite the expected discomfort and a little scar , my recovery was relatively quick, complication-free and I must say I have no scar at all, thanks to their guidance. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the care I received at this Medical Center. I would confidently recommend this GP to anyone in need of minor surgical procedures. Thank you so much,

    I rang up yesterday morning and the lady on the phone was such an incredible help. I told her she gave me the best, most genuine help ever! She went above and beyond to help me. Really made me feel heard and looked after. You really are an angel! Thank you again for being so lovely!

    I had a minor surgery procedure which went smoothly. Everything was explained clearly and the doctor took extra care to make sure I was safe and fully informed. Surgery was quick and I felt assured throughout the procedure. I was unaware that most GPs don't offer this treatment so I wanted to leave a review just to give my thanks and praise.

    This surgery is big enough to support thousands of local North Londoners and has a phone appointment system that can get you an appointment. Some of the GPs are kind and knowledgeable. However, the practice suffers from poor management and a reliance on text messaging patients at every opportunity. Texts are only ever one way, leaving no opportunity for proper interaction or personalisation. Go to a smaller practice for a better service.
