Spent 20 minutes trying to get through on the phone only to be told there were no appointments available today and they won't let you book ahead.

It's impossible to get an appointment on the phone, they tell you to call at 8am the next day but can never get through. When you do the receptionists are always really rude on the phone. They don't listen to your issues and try to help. Blunt and just hang up on you

I rang to try and get an appointment for my son who has developed a nasty looking rash on the recommendation of the pharmacist. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes for the phone to be answered, I was told that I had to ring at 8am the next morning to make an appointment. After I explained that to call then was impossible because me and my partner have to be on our way to work at that time, I was told that the doctor could call me on Thursday, so to keep my phone by me. I work at a nursery school where I cannot have my phone out all day and I don’t see how having a telephone consultation will be of any help to my sons rash! This is really the final straw. I have had similar problems like this before so I have decided to change to another surgery. Would not recommend this surgery to anybody.
