Moordown medical has to be the best GP surgery in Dorset . The service , call backs are so prompt and extremely efficient . I would like to express special thanks to the receptionist this morning ( 09/04/2024) sorry i can;t mention your name. She went above and beyond her duty with care and empathy to myself when trying to organise a Gyn appointment for me. All the staff are amazing , friendly and very professional , i can't rate this surgery highly enough . They get it right , other surgeries should take note and follow by their example . Well done Moordown Medical .

The whole family have been with the surgery for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I am always amazed at how quickly the phones are answered and how quickly appointments or triages are arranged. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The GPs and nurses are phenomenal, knowledgeable, empathetic and thorough. Often use the E-consult facility and always have prompt and clear responses and plans. Referrals have always been completely med very quickly and appropriately. Cannot fault anything about this GP surgery. Thank you!
