The centre was out of my area but easy to find once I stepped off the bus. There was maintenance work happening on the ground floor so the reception was relocated to the first floor which had stairs and a lift(did not use) for those who needed it. I found the place clean and tidy and spacious enough to move around comfortably. I only waited a few minutes before being called. I am happy to attend there again if necessary.

After a short period stuck in East Sussex...where the medical care was abysmal....I am incredibly relieved to be back. Already they have weighed me and taken blood tests...given me a vitamin supplement!I have spoken to a lovely Doctor about my care and results. The care directors are amazing....so kind and friendly. The best practice in the world!! xx

Practice overall was doing well.I keep getting annoying texts to come for an asthma review when i dont suffer from the condition.3 weeks been waiting to be referred for my ultrasound nothing apparently has been actioned. Dont know what has changed but service is poor

45 minutes on the phone yesterday on number one. Waiting for a hospital appointment for a xray. forms not done by doctor.Confused staff with no knowledge

Their customer service to the telephone lines are very poor. Try getting through to their admin team been on hold for an hour.Their staff lack knowledge and waffle alot.

Contacted the practice yesterday regarding my referral they couldnt see it on the system......This morning contacted again they were cluelesss!!!! Never had issues in the past useless practice with useless staff

I called the practice at 3.45pm and was 4th in the queue at the time of calling. I was on hold and 1stcin the queue after 1 hour 59 minutes. After exactly a 2 hour wait the phone disconnected me. That lengthy torturous wait was for nothing. And its not the first time. Surely the practice can do better?

A very friendly and kind team. They are always happy to help. The doctor is very kind and explains everything to me in detail, which helps me a lot

Thank-you to the receptionist and GP that kept me informed about my referral when I received less than helpful letters saying that my referral had been rejected. A quick visit and the receptionist took my details and said that she would let my GP know. That afternoon I had a call from her saying that my GP wasn't going to be available to discuss this for 2-3 days, but she would make sure my query was forwarded to her Today as promised, I had a call from my GP to discuss the referral which had gone through as planned. Really impressed that the surgery made sure I was kept informed in quite a minor matter to them, but a big issue to me as I need specialist care. Thank-you.
