    Minster is an amazing medical practice. In the face of troubling times for the NHS, minster medical practice staff prove the naysayers wrong. The receptionist I spoke to was helpful, kind and patient. She is a credit to the practice. All of the staff are fantastic and anyone would be lucky to be in their catchment area.

    During COVID they switched the the AskMyGP service which I fully understand, the problem is they are still using it and its near impossible to get an appointment since they only enable the system at set times, and then only until they're too busy and turn it off (which seems to be random). So it can take days of trying at different times throughout the day before you finally login when their service is enabled and you can submit a "ticket". They don't seem to understand that people are at work and can't sit at a computer constantly checking a website? Speaking to others who's doctors also use the AskMyGP service, it seems its their choice to do it that way, as other doctors let patients submit requests 24x7 and simply say that it will take a few days to get a response, which is fine. So terrible service given it seems they're the ones choosing to make it difficult for patients and no doubt patting themselves on the back because they think they're responsive and solving their tickets quickly...when in reality there will be hundreds of people waiting.
