I received a "Spring" newsletter by SMS. There was nothing useful in it. Why are they spending time producing this rubbish when apparently surgeries are so stretched. It took 6 weeks!!! last summer to get a phone consultation about the drugs I was taking post shingles. Just disgusting.

Staff and doctors very helpful and caring. I you can't see your dedicated doctor you will be able to attend another one. Emergency are always dealt with either by appointment, or telephone call. If necessary then will be advised to go to hospital

Phoned in for a routine medication review, was booked in for an appointment two days later, can't complain about that. Thanks
