Most efficient and caring in everything they do. The staff are welcoming and remember you by name. I saw the doctor of my choice promptly this afternoon and as always I was treated in a professionally friendly and efficient manner. My condition was explained clearly and discussed with me. I was not rushed and was able to ask questions and raise any concerns. The doctor was most knowledgeable and I was confident in the advice I was given and left feeling totally reassured. This has always been my experience at the Practice and I feel we are fortunate to have such caring professionals in our area.

I called to see if I could get an appointment with a doctor I explained that I had seen the nurse on the 20th and the nurse was not helpful I used the word useless and because I use the word useless the reception got very defensive and very rude the receptionist name began with s. I did not know it was the job of a receptionist to tell patients they can't have an opinion.

I received my flu and COVID vaccinations this morning. The nurse practitioners administered these in an effective, professional, informed and prompt manner, with an added human touch.

Despite the increasing pressure put on the practice and NHS in general, the caring demeanour and patience of the staff in Merepark is fantastic.

The vaccination session (flu and COVID) was well organised and all staff present were excellent, both in the way they carried out the vaccinations and in their friendly demeanor.

I was invited via text to book a seasonal flu vaccine. I emailed the practice to book this and received a reply within a couple of hours, giving a slot on a Saturday morning - perfect as I would struggle to get time off work. I received a reminder two days before which was helpful. On the day, the practice was so well organised. There was an ‘in’ door with a member of staff directing patients to the correct rooms. I was only third in the queue. The two ladies in the practice room I went into were very welcoming and friendly. They took my name, DOB and then gave me the vaccination. All done in less than a minute! As I didn’t want the covid vaccine as well, I followed the one way system to leave the practice. Another very friendly member of staff just confirmed that I didn’t need the covid vaccine. As I didn’t want it, she suggested she could take my name off the contact list so I would no longer receive reminders - perfect! I then left the practice. All in all, 5 minutes and everything done!

On two consecutive Saturday mornings I have attended for flu, covid and pneumonia injections. On both occasions the staff were helpful, prompt, efficient and organised. I cannot praise them highly enough, and would not hesitate to recommend this GP practice.

Lovely friendly staff, welcoming. Well organised and actioned. Volunteers were also really friendly and welcoming. Well sat out and good use of space for the areas of flu jabs initially and then covid jabs in a separate area but close by. Quick and pain free! What more could you ask for. Really helpful to have on a Saturday too as I work all through the week and struggle with evening appointments due to being a single parent. Thank you all!!
