   Went for my annual review with a nurse ,had 50 min appointment, arrive to be told by the nurse I don't know how to do asthma/Copd reviews. Waste of my time and nhs money

   Saw the practice nurse who took out stitches from my forehead. She put me at ease and, although painful at times, kept talking and keeping me calm, ready to stop whenever I needed her to. Very professional nurse.
