   My partner and I are here on holiday and we've both gotten incredibly ill. We were unsure of the process required to see a doctor here so we went to the Meon Vale medical center. We were told that we need to rewister as a temporary patient and that we should call at 8:30 am to sort that out and get a same day appointment. The following day we proceeded to call at 8:30 am as instructed which lead to us sitting on hold for over 35 minutes. When the receptionist finally answered, she said hello and then ended the call directly after, giving us no time to even respond. So we called back again, waiting another 20 minutes, only to get told we should have completed the temporary patient registration form online and we need to call tomorrow at 8:30 am for a same day appointment. It's been a rather frustrating experience, something I've never had to deal with when it comes to a medical center or doctors office. 0 stars.
