Was contacted by a doctor less than 24 hours after submitting appointment request, staff are very helpful and kind.

The Doctor was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with my test results which took longer to come through than he thought. He rang on a Sunday to update me which was reassuring to know he could be bothered to do that.

On the 18th of April 2024. I got an appointment with doctor. The doctor wanted to know more about the yellow colour of my skin after recent blood test. The doctor carried more test herself. Extracted blood for investigation, asked to wait for the result and stop taking Merobegron. Noticed she was very worried about it. Recently I have been dated for more blood test.

My appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduled. Will visit today to consult with go I initially spoke to.

Very useful medicine review . Very thorough and informed. Working away from home enabled me have the review and then continue to order my meds .

Excellent care with handling a wound. Nothing was too much trouble and all the nurses were extremely kind and caring.

Following recent surgery one wound had not fully healed. I was tested for infection and it was infected. I was immediately prescribed antibiotics and following on antibiotic cream to resolve the problem. Now on the way to recovery.

Amazing care giving as usual. They really listen to you and take their time on the appointment, you do not feel rushed at all. My blood pressure was taken and then they went through what I was there for and I was on my way, prescription sent to the pharmacy.

I emailed the practice at 3pm about problems I was having with a cough. At 5pm I was phoned by the doctor asking if I could attend soon to check my chest, temperature etc. I visited at 5.10pm and received a thorough check which put my mind at rest. I was very impressed with the response I received after my initial email.

Sadly the practice got my appt wrong .. text messaged a certain time which I turned up to, but had an earlier appt in their system. Quickly rectified and after a 10 min wait saw a consultant who was amazing.
