Receptionists couldn't care less and when explained symptoms and told by a+e and 111 to have follow ups with GP kept getting told my symptoms were not severe enough to see a doctor and hung up on multiple times. Ended up back in a+e and stayed 4 nights.

Phone up for an urgent on the appointment, as I had been unwell for a week, receptionist very helpful gave me a time, she then phone me back to say any earlier slot had become free would I like that, amazing service thank you. Once at surgery fantastic care from all concerned. Thank you

I recently had several medical problems that I was really worried about. I can not get over how amazing the team were - the reception team made sure I was taken care of. The Nurses were so Amy pathetic and kind. The Doctor I saw was caring and sorted referrals out for me. I feel really well taken care of Thank you so much.

I have waited 6 weeks for an appointment after previous appointments with a locum at another practice have been unhelpful, doctor refused to recognise hormonal migraines and the migraine trust as an organisation, has prescribed me a drug that is likely to cause more harm than benefit. Waited weeks to see a female doctor and Practice Manager moved my appointment without letting me know, only way I can see a female doctor is to wait another 7 weeks. It's exasperating.

Receptionists can be abrupt and do not listen carefully. It is impossible to get an appointment with a GP; you are only offered one with a nurse or paramedic. My recent experience resulted in my having 4 appointments with nurse/paramedic before a referral was made. Had I seen a GP I would have been referred earlier. The delay caused additional problems developing. This used to be an exceptional practice with good GPs and great service, this is no longer the case.

Great GP Practice! I have been a patient at this Practice for a few years now and my experience has always been great. The staff are very friendly and the reception team always assist and signpost me to the care I need. I would recommend this Practice to all of my family and friends.
