    I have been with the clinic for many years, it used to be good. I have found that recently the service has been declining. The person picked up calls was rude and unfriendly. I was booked for telephone appointment, the first time was cancelled on the day. I called to reschedule it and the receptionist was a bit rude she was questioning if I needed to see a GP. At the end, she rebooked me for the next week. Then it didn't call, so I called again, and the lady was unfriendly and she told me the different time for the appointment. There was no apologies for missing my appointments whatsoever. I think they really need to improve their services especially at the reception or whoever deal with the telephone calls.

    I have been waiting for 2 days for a Dr to call me both days no call from the Dr I have diabetes been left with no tablets for my diabetes. I will complain to the medical board about this matter

    Every time I've asked the Widmill team for help, they've been friendly, extremely helpful, and they've always arranged some timely assistance - proceeding over and above what one would expect. Their kindness and approachability have been outstanding, for me and my family. This human care and contact is, I feel, way better than the impersonal web-based interface that seems to be taking over. People need to appeal to people, not this impersonal, mechanistic stuff that is creeping in, in my opinion.

    My first visit to this practice. Was amazed to get through and be called back and invited to come in. Reception and doctor were so welcoming and kind. I could have cried. My previous GP practice were horrible. This is the NHS at it's best.
