I have recently had two consultations with dr zurbo and dr cowen for two different things. I don’t often attend the surgery. From my telephone call with the receptionist who act as a gate way to seeing the dr, I could not have asked for better care. Not only did my appointment go well I felt both dr went above and beyond for me. The reception team are always kind and friendly either when I phone or call in the practice. When somethings not quite right you want to talk to someone who can help you medically, and on both occasions I came away from my appointment feeling not only heard but cared for. Both dr were caring and attentive and followed things up when needed. Thanks you Mansfield medical centre for looking after me

Try calling, always number 1 in queue for ages (tried on mobile at same time and was number 1 in the queue too????) receptionists sound like they dont want to be there. Can’t always get medication on time as takes 2-3 days to get a prescription sent to pharmacy (when Pod can’t order) and was waiting on a call back since March…..still hasn’t happened. If you are ill, go elsewhere as you’ll not only get a professional response but you’ll also get seen and medication on time. Glad I’ve now moved to another lovely practice!

I had a text from the surgery reminding me of a blood test I needed to get done. I was given medication 3 months ago and didn't realise that I would receive follow up tests. Well done Mansfield!

The staff at this surgery are exceptional. The reception team are friendly, helpful and lovely. The Drs are knowledgable and one of the lead GP’s goes out of his way to ensure the level of service is exceptional. They will accommodate calls and appointments in anyway they can and nothing is too much trouble. I feel blessed to have this practice as our family surgery and wouldn’t receive better care from a service we paid for. Thank you for everything you do and being such a wonderful team for your patients!

I’ve tried every morning this week to get an appointment I’ve phoned, then been put in the call back queue then when I get called back there are no appointments left. I asked for an emergency appointment and was told there was none. I work in a place where I am not able to have access to my phone, I work from 8.30 and my break is 1.15. I can’t take days off work so I can try and get an appointment-unsure of what my next step should be.
