Had a blood test. Was feeling a little nervous but the nurse was so friendly and welcoming I almost forgot why I was there. A really positive experience.

The experience l had at the surgery in Borehamwood was excellent, l was seen the same day for my check up and blood tests. I have to say, l don't really like having a blood test as l tend to become anxious, but the experience was extremely plesent, with a nurse who was very bubbly and friendly but never the less also very professional and competent. I highly recommend this surgery!

I went to the Manor View Practice for the routine smear test. I have had a great experience with the nurse I saw! She put me at ease very quickly and explained the whole procedure and the possible outcome in-depth. She was very informative. For the first time I have had a fantastic experience with the nurse for this procedure. Keep up the great work!

I’m sure they give wonderful care if you can get an appointment. But their new triage service is not designed for people who work for a living. I filled in a form 8am. I had to wait for hours to get a call back. No nurse appointments same day, booked the following day at a different surgery 15 mins away. The appointment was then cancelled 30 mins before it was due. They did offer an evening appointment but I have children to look after. Tried calling back. Waited 40 minutes to get through. Then told to go to Watford General. I have a small infected wound that needs a dressing - maybe 5 mins with a nurse. This is why A&E are so busy with people like me told to go to hospital.

Gave a blood sample. I was seen on time. Good service, did not hurt at all. Nurse was very polite and put me at ease.

I have been looked after pre and post op by the pharmacist who specialises in pain control. I had dreadful pain from advanced osteoarthritis of my hip, and my op had been rescheduled 3 times! From the pain point of view, my drugs were adjusted accordingly and I had reviews with the pharmacist every few weeks (or sooner if I needed it), right up until my operation finally went ahead, making me feel that I always had someone to listen to me and try to get my pain under control as much as possible. Post-op, I spoke to the same pharmist (attached to mvp), and had a long chat about how and when to reduce my drugs in a controlled way. I feel the pharmist looked after my pain control every step of the way, and it and it comforting to know I was being looked after so well. Post-op I'm now managing to come down off my meds very well, and I'm so grateful for the support I've been given for the last few months.

We are trying to get a home visit for my 92 yr old mother in law who is very fragile. The receptionist was unhelpful & uncompassionate. The system within Hertfordshire nhs is broken.

Went in for a blood test, nurse was efficient,friendly and put my mind at ease, I'm usually very nervous! All done within 5 minutes too!

The doctor advised me I had a suspected cancer and she would send a 2 week referral at once. She told me it was treatable and was very calm, reassuring and professional
